Why Invest in ITEM?

• We all want to please God with how we use His resources.

• We all want to use our resources wisely.

• We all want to get the biggest possible return for our investment.

• We all want to give others the opportunities and resources to grow and serve in God’s kingdom.

• We all want to be involved in kingdom work that makes sense.

Most churches and individuals divide their missions giving into 4 baskets:

(a.) mercy and medical ministries,

(b.) church-planting and gospel-sharing ministries,

(c.) Scripture translation and Scripture distribution ministries, and

(d.) training such as Christian seminaries, colleges, campus ministries and indigenous leader training.

The last basket usually gets the least.

Should training get more because it multiplies so much?

So, how are your baskets stacking up?
