Tom Smith visited TBI to co-teach Introduction to Reformed Theology with Rev. Milton Lipato teach 45 students. Some of the students were pastors, some were elders and some were young people with an interest in missions or evangelism who came from Uganda, Rwanda, Sudan and Kenya.
